Marketing Director passionate about honest and word-of-mouth marketing
Bio:
I grew up skiing in Bulgaria and moved to the US when I was 25 with two bags of clothes, passion and tons of energy. I love everything outdoors – telemarking, mountain biking,
golfing, playing tennis, swimming, kayaking, hiking. I love my job and everything related to how to engage with customers using word-of-mouth, social media and honest marketing. I blog about how to create talkable brands, social media and marketing successes specifically in the tourism and travel industry at milenaregos.com . My Diamond Peak Twitter signature is ^MR
Bio: I learned to ski at Ski Incline, now Diamond Peak, during family vacations to Lake Tahoe beginning in 1972. I knew way back then that Incline Village would eventually be home. A few years later, after my voice changed, I packed my 1970 VW Beetle and headed for Tahoe with my Three Dog Night 8-track tape collection, skis stuck sideways- going in one window and out the other that kind of looked like a chubby airplane going down the highway trying to take off, a bicycle, two pairs of Levis, a year supply of top ramen and a handwritten note from my mother asking people to please be nice to me. I now enjoys sunny days on the slopes of Diamond Peak with my 5-year-old son Austin, who keeps asking, “ Dad, what’s an 8-track and why are we having top ramen for dinner again?” My Diamond Peak Twitter signature is ^JA
Bio: I have been a North Tahoe “local” for 16 years. I grew
up in the San Francisco Bay area and the first time I came to Tahoe was when I was 10 years old. I remember thinking “this is where I want to live when
I grow up” while watching my first summer sunset over the lake. I fell in
love with the snow at a tender age of 7 when a freak snowstorm blanketed my
East Bay neighborhood. We all woke up early and made a snowman in my front
yard. I’ve been in love with the snow ever since. I reside in North Tahoe with my husband of 13 years and my two young daughters. My Diamond Peak Twitter signature is ^DB
