The Incline Village General Improvement District is Accepting Proposals to Develop and Host Six IVGID Websites

Incline Village, NV- IVGID is now accepting proposals to develop and host the six IVGID websites: ivgid.org, yourtahoeplace.com, diamondpeak.com, inclinefacilities.com, golfincline.com, and inclinerecreation.com. The existing IVGID websites were originally designed and produced in 2005 and slightly modified in 2008. The sites are currently maintained by Hat Trick and IVGID’s in-house IT and marketing department and are hosted by Hat Trick via RackSpace.

The Website Request for Proposal includes: Summary, Proposal Guidelines and Requirements, Contract Terms, Purpose, Description and Objectives, Timeline, Budget, Background of Organization, Audience, Scope & Guidelines, Available technology resources/ Integration Issues, Staff Resources, Qualifications, Evaluation Criteria, and Format.

Proposals received after 5:00 pm PST on September 11, 2009 will be returned unopened. If you feel that your company can work well with IVGID, then we want to hear from you! Please submit your Request for Proposal in the format provided on the IVGID websites and send it to Marketing Director Milena Regos at 1210 Ski Way, Incline Village, Nevada 89451.
