Sep 11, 2009 Learn to ski or snowboard for just $25! For first time beginners, the package includes a beginner lift ticket, a one 1 hour and 45 minute group lesson and rental equipment. This special offer is valid for everyone ages 7 and up. Lessons start at 10am and 2pm. Reservations are not accepted, so we suggest arriving at Diamond Peak at least an hour before your lesson time. If you're a skier and always have wanted to try snowboarding, or boarding is your gig but you want to give skiing a shot, the time is now!
The regular price of this first time beginner package is $81…you'll save over $50!

- Join Us for the Diamond Peak 2008 Poker Run
Feb 21, 2008 Diamond Peak is hosting a first-ever poker run on March 8th. The event starts at 10:00 am-1:00 pm. Registration is at the base lodge at 9:00 am and the entry fee is $10, which includes a T-shirt. There are five clearly-marked dealers at different locations on the mountain with a deck of cards. Each participant is given a card with clues on where to find them. Ski or snowboard around until you find the dealers. You have two hours to find the dealers and from them you’ll pull a card. The person with the best hand wins!
This event is one based on luck- and you’ll also get some riding in! We’ll have a themed BBQ and prizes on the deck afterwards. Sponsors include Sierra Summits and prizes include a massage from Aloha Skin Spa, prizes from Diamond Peak, and more. More...
