Opening Day at Diamond Peak Ski Resort, Lake Tahoe

Today marked the start of another great season here at Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Days after our dynamic debut of the new Skier Services building, our snow dances were answered with 16” of fresh powder for all our Opening Day’ers to sink their skis and boards into.

In typical Tahoe fashion, the clouds cleared to reveal beautiful bluebird skies and one of the best views of Lake Tahoe to remind us all of why we live here.

Thanks to all those smiling season pass holders and patrons that came out to join in the celebration of perfect groomers and endless powder runs.

Let’s all keep up the snow dances and look to the skies for another Tahoe snowfall this weekend.
